A "Victory" marathon was organized in Baku for charitable purposes.
On November 9, the Ministry of Youth and Sports held a charity event "Victory Run" in Baku. The marathon, organized under the slogan "Forward with pride", is dedicated to the anniversary of the great victory of the victorious Azerbaijani army in the 2020 Patriotic War. Athletes also proudly took part in the race.
The 5000m marathon started in front of "Elektra Hall" located on the territory of the national seaside boulevard and ended near the "Sea Port". In total, 1246 people registered to participate in the race. Each participant registered by making a donation to the “YAŞAT” Foundation upon prior announcement. Members of our Federation took part in the competition dedicated to the great history and honored the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Patriotic War.
